By accessing or using Cairune, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Cairune is a free personal finance and life management platform. It provides tools including tax calculators, EMI calculators, expense tracking, income tracking, investment monitoring, reading lists, watchlists, and more.

The service is currently in beta and is an independent personal project. It is not operated by a registered business entity. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Access to authenticated features requires signing in with Google OAuth through our waitlist approval process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Each person may hold only one account. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
• Abuse the public APIs by sending excessive requests

The Cairune application, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of its creator. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service without permission.

Your data belongs to you. Any content or data you enter into Cairune remains your property. We claim no ownership over your personal data.

Your use of Cairune is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Cairune is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cairune and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Since Cairune is a free service, the total aggregate liability is limited to zero.

We do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

You may stop using Cairune at any time. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service if you violate these terms, without prior notice.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
